After more than two years of thoughtful renovations, the 从军械库开始—the university’s front door for startups, small businesses and the region’s largest corporations—opens Monday in uptown Towson.

This public-facing, vibrant space will catalyze entrepreneurs and executives and connect them to each other and to 稳定的十大彩票网站’s programs and people.

The 26,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility is home to signature 稳定的十大彩票网站 entrepreneurship programs like the 启动加速器, competitions and events for students and professionals and 6,000 square feet of dedicated free co-working space.

At the corner of Washington and Chesapeake avenues across from the new university office space at 401 Washington and adjacent to Baltimore County government headquarters, the former Maryland National Guard building’s location and footprint made it an ideal site. Working with Greenberg Gibbons real estate development, the university has transformed the 从军械库开始 into a best-in-class entrepreneurship and innovation hub.

Its size, accessibility and resident organizations and ventures make this space one of a kind in the region.
